ZisBoomBah returned to the Boulder Creek Festival to host another exciting “Pick Chow! Across America” Cook-Off, this time featuring defending PCAA champ Hosea Rosenberg (Streat Chefs, Boulder; Top Chef Season 5 Winner) and Eric Skokan (Black Cat, Boulder) each racing to create a healthy three-course meal that has to please the taste buds of the toughest culinary judges around: kids!
