Cooking with kids ages 8–11 is an Italian adventure this week with Lasagna Cupcakes. These mini lasagnas — by our friend from The Kids Cook Monday — are made in muffin tins with your favorite flavor of ravioli as the pasta in between layers spinach, tomato sauce and cheese. Kids will have fun squeezing liquid out of the thawed greens and layering the lasagna in each cupcake tin.
