Lesson 1: How to tell if your child is dehydrated
Dry, sticky mouth
Dry or chapped lips
Lack of sweating
Urge to eat
Feelings of dizziness or light headedness
Feelings of anxiety
Drop in blood pressure
Dry or shriveled skin; lacks elasticity
Dark yellow or amber-colored urine
Few or no tears when crying
